London 2020

I revisited this spot on numerous days and at different times to capture what I wanted. It's hard to convey the weirdness of wearing masks in London but this sign caught my eye and I knew I just need the right passerby to tell the story I wanted.

Tennis Practice at the Tate Modern

During lockdown we all have to improvise not to go mad. This guy was practicing tennis against the wall of the Tate Modern museum. I shot it through the supports of the Millennium Bridge. The sign on the right is for the Steve McQueen exhibit, all closed during the lockdown.

This is a corner I pass every time I walk to the shops. With so much routine this month, it's a challenge to see the same things in a different way. But they are always different, depending on the light, the air, the angles. The Shard gives it context.
